Draft legal notice

Draft policy for product development. Not legal advice. Attorney review is required before public production launch. Public production launch remains blocked until legal review and operational blockers are resolved.

Scope

Applies to marketplace browsing, account access, service orders, project workspaces, generated deliverables, support, and operator/admin activity.

User-facing summary

Draft marketplace terms for AI-assisted services, buyer responsibilities, account use, project lifecycle, and launch limitations.

Marketplace relationship

DesirForge provides a marketplace-style project experience powered by an automated agent workforce. The platform may use expert-style profiles and consultant-style updates, but those surfaces describe AI-assisted delivery teams rather than undisclosed human freelancers.

Service listings, packages, timelines, and prices are product descriptions for scoped AI-assisted delivery. They are not guarantees of business outcome, revenue, compliance approval, launch success, or uninterrupted operation.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate project context, lawful inputs, safe upload content, and timely review of generated deliverables. Buyers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production or regulated settings.

High-risk legal, medical, financial, safety, compliance, cybersecurity, or regulated work may require qualified human review outside the platform.

Project lifecycle

Projects may move through draft, submitted, intake review, planning, assigned, executing, review, revision requested, approved, delivered, archived, or failed states. Workspace events, generated files, messages, milestones, and payment events form the operational record.

Acceptance, revisions, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled through the visible workspace controls and operator review process.

Operational notes

Closed beta and local environments may use demo users, mock payment mode, local storage, and deterministic AI execution.

Do not represent DesirForge as human freelance labor. The delivery workforce is AI-assisted and reviewable.

Commercial terms, provider behavior, tax treatment, and refunds require counsel and finance review before public production.

Known gaps

Attorney review has not been completed.

Live payment provider terms and production tax handling are not finalized.

Public production blockers from operations readiness remain open.
