Draft legal notice
Draft policy for product development. Not legal advice. Attorney review is required before public production launch. Public production launch remains blocked until legal review and operational blockers are resolved.
Scope
Applies to service prices, package scope, order totals, payment intents, invoices, payment events, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and provider configuration.
User-facing summary
Draft payment terms covering package pricing, platform fees, tax estimates, provider mode, invoices, payment events, and beta limitations.
Commercial summary
Service pages and orders may show package price, platform fee, tax estimate, subtotal, total, invoice number, payment status, and payment event history.
Payment provider behavior depends on environment. Local/mock mode is for validation and does not represent live payment collection.
Payment events
The platform records order and payment lifecycle events such as pending, requires payment method, authorized, funded, paid, disputed, refunded, or cancelled.
Cancellations, refunds, and disputes are governed by draft policies and operator review until public production terms are approved.
Operational notes
Mock/local payment mode records events without moving live funds.
Taxes are estimates/placeholders unless a validated tax provider is configured.
No escrow claim should be made unless legally approved and technically implemented.
Known gaps
Live Stripe or other payment provider has not been fully validated for public production.
Tax calculation and invoicing require finance/legal review.
