Secure AI Project Intake Checklist
What to prepare, what to avoid uploading, and how file safety states work before a DesirForge project begins.
Prepare safe project context
Use sample data, sanitized screenshots, public documentation, and clear acceptance criteria when possible. The best project brief explains the business goal, expected users, current workflow, constraints, and success criteria.
Do not upload sensitive data
Do not upload secrets, passwords, tokens, API keys, PHI, payment data, bank data, regulated data, malware, exploit files, or unauthorized confidential data. Files may be quarantined, rejected, deleted, or held for review.
Understand the beta storage model
Controlled beta files are not public web assets. Downloads go through authenticated backend routes, and files that are pending scan, quarantined, rejected, infected, deleted, or failed without release are not customer-downloadable.
