How Deliverables and Revisions Work
A buyer guide to reviewing outputs, requesting revisions, approving work, and understanding final delivery status.
Deliverables should be reviewable
A deliverable can be a brief, report, configuration, handoff document, source artifact, or workflow output. The customer should see the title, status, safe notes, and allowed download route when a clean accepted file is attached.
Revision requests need clear reasons
A useful revision request names what is missing, what should change, and what acceptance criteria should be used. Revision requests should create audit evidence and update project status so nobody silently changes state.
Approval is a controlled step
Approval should only happen for ready deliverables. Completed or terminal project states should remain protected by the same status-transition rules used across the controlled beta dashboard.
